As part of West Oxfordshire District Council’s Car Parking Strategy 2025–2031, the District is reviewing how car parks are used to ensure they continue to meet the needs of residents, visitors and businesses.
To help achieve this, the Council is proposing to amend the maximum stay times in several of its car parks across the district. These changes aim to improve access, increase turnover in short-stay areas, and continue to provide flexibility for longer visits where needed.
The proposals relate to Burford:
Guildenford Car Park, Burford
The details of the proposed changes are outlined below. Please note that parking in all Council-operated car parks will remain free of charge.
